‘cuppa’ or a cold drink. Tourist information also available.

Wallumbilla Heritage Complex –
situated beside the Calico Cottage. The centre showcases the Shire’s
history and heritage.

Wallumbilla Grain Shed – if you’ve
seen the Calico Cottage or the Wallumbilla Heritage Complex, then you
can’t miss the Shed. Built in 1936, it’s the second largest of its kind
in Australia.

Judds Lagoon – this peaceful spot
is just 5 km south of Yuleba on the Moongool Rd. The lagoon is naturally
formed from the overflow of Yuleba Creek and boasts abundant bird-life
and good fishing

Native Wells – about 20 km south of
Yuleba on the Surat Road, this natural water catchment was used by the
Aboriginals of the area long before settlement.

Cobb & Co. Mural – just near the
water tower on the Warrego Highway in Yuleba, you can trace the
significance of Cobb & Co to the area. The last commercial horse drawn
coach run was between Yuleba and Surat in1924.

The Old School Shed – situated just
off the Warrego Highway in Jackson, it’s a pleasant place to stop and
relive those childhood memories.

Pubs – if you’re looking for a cold
drink, meal, accommodation or just some friendly conversation, the
Yuleba Hotel Motel and the Federal Hotel (Wallumbilla) can help you out.

Bendemere Cup – a fun filled
afternoon of socializing and horse racing conducted at Bassett Park
(Roma), sponsored by the Bendemere Shire Council and business houses is
held annually in late August or early September.

Wallumbilla Camp Draft – if you’re
a camp draft enthusiast, you’ll know not to miss this one which held
annually in March.
